Kayleigh Gensheimer is a dedicated financial professional with a robust background in both customer service and financial management. She graduated from William Paterson University in 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. During her academic journey, Kayleigh amassed valuable experience by working at various banks in New Jersey, where she served as a teller and customer service representative. This hands-on experience provided her with a solid foundation in financial services and client relations.

In 2015, Kayleigh joined The Falcon Financial Group, where she has since been an integral part of the team, working directly under Managing Partner Jeffrey M. Valle. Her primary role involves delivering exceptional customer service to clients and supporting Mr. Valle through various administrative responsibilities. Kayleigh's commitment to excellence is underscored by her attainment of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, which enable her to offer a wide range of financial services and advice.

In December 2023, Kayleigh achieved the prestigious CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM) designation, a testament to her dedication to professional growth and her comprehensive understanding of financial planning. This designation is awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., to individuals who successfully complete the Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.

Kayleigh is also licensed to provide life and health insurance in New Jersey, further broadening her ability to meet clients' diverse needs. Her dedication to professional growth and client satisfaction is evident in her ongoing pursuit of certifications and her proactive approach to client care.

Beyond her professional life, Kayleigh resides in the picturesque Poconos with her husband, Kurt, and their three children, Madeline, Wyatt, and Abigail.
