Kiara graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey in May 2025 with a bachelor's degree in international business, with a concentration in Management. During her time in college, she worked at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., a personal injury law firm, as well as with Team Wilderness, a nonprofit organization focused on providing youth with transformative outdoor experiences.
After graduating, Kiara was eager to step into a new environment more closely aligned with her business studies and explore opportunities within the professional business sector. With her academic foundation and prior experience supporting both legal and nonprofit operations, she was ready to take on a new challenge and expand her knowledge in a setting that would allow her to grow professionally and gain broader industry exposure
