Lisa Konefal

With over 31 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lisa's career began after she graduated from Berkeley College in 1993. She started as an administrative assistant to Douglas Todd, ChFC, at Equitable. Driven by her passion for the industry, she earned her New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Producer licenses and FINRA Series 6 registration.

Lisa is deeply committed to community service. She actively volunteers with the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, Roxbury Kiwanis Club, and First Night Morris County. Additionally, she dedicated a week in Louisiana volunteering for the Humane Society of the United States, caring for dogs displaced by Hurricane Katrina.

In 2024, Lisa embraced an exciting new opportunity by joining The Falcon Financial Group, LLC as a Registered Executive Assistant. She will continue to support Douglas Todd and David Schluer, who have also joined forces with The Falcon Financial Group, LLC. Leveraging the combined resources and expertise from her previous position as Operations Manager at Net Worth Management Group and her new role, she aims to provide enhanced value and a broader range of services to clients.

Outside of her professional life, Lisa's main passion is line dancing. She also enjoys long walks with her dog, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and boating. Lisa appreciates the scenic views, recreational activities, and peaceful surroundings of Landing, New Jersey, a small town on the south shore of Lake Hopatcong where she resides.
